As the others said. Why the new heads? Pull the manifolds, if the bolts are sticking out from the heads (they usually just pop the hex heads off) use a "good" pair of vice grips and spin them out. If they are broke right at the head weld a washer (fender washers work great) to the remaining stud then weld a nut to the washer, works a lot better than trying to weld a nut straight to the remaining bolt. The heat from welding will release the remaining bolt from the head. Done this trick a bunch for the last 20 years and it works 98% of the time.
Good luck,

Going with the 799/243's will give me a small bump in compression. I had more aggressive plans for some motor work, but my buddy talked me out of it.

As for the NAV, I scored a used 15800000 off Ebay for $250. It was then $106 at the dealer to get it unlocked. Its no AVIC, but it works just fine now. The only thing is my rear speakers are not working. Will have to take a day and fool with them.
My next big purchase will be the OBX header kit. I just have to stop spending money on lilttle stuff for it here and there.
