New Forum???
The idea that I have, and that I like...hopefully youll all like them too...
I make a technical help section, and collapse those threads into it, so the posts are still there, but we will have a post directing people to the various model thread. However, the main section of this tech help section will be open for general tech questions, such as anything that doesnt apply to a specific model. this should drive more traffic to the model specific sections.
I agree 100% that with those other tech sections, most of the things could befound/asked quicker, and would be answered quicker when asked in a model specific forum, so having them might actually run away a new member who posts there and gets no reply and thinks "no one answers questions here", even though they dont look in the model specific section.

Makes sense, everyone always goes to the H3 section and post questions about TB cranks, PCM's and stuff anyway that are in the other section, that's where all the "use search" come from. Although I don't think this will eliminate it entirely because alot of people don't go to far past page 2 it should at least reduce it a little.
