Default New 35" Tires vs Spare

Well finally broke down and bought the Nitto Trail Grapplers 35" with some XD Rockstars 20". Love the way it looks but have a question for any who knows. In case of a flat tire, can you run the stock spare with the 35" without doing drive train damage / differential??? Should I go ahead and buy the 5th 35" to be safe. Rather spend $500 up front than &1000's down the road if it will cause damage.

I think that should be ok..their both 35's and even if there is a little difference it should be ok..some vehicles dont have full size spares and they seem to work..

however having the Nitto/rockstar spare would look cool!

I think its a 10mm difference if I remember correctly. Yeah it would look much better with the Nitto/rockstars on the back, but my spare tire cover has the license plate on it. I would have to remount the license plate and light and etc... and don't think it will stretch over the 35" Trail Grapplers but maybe I should try it.

Full time 4wd spare must be the same size. I suggest you get the 5th

Yeah I believe that would be the best bet. I would hate to get a flat and ruin drive train using the wrong size spare. You could probably get away with it for a short distance but why chance it. I think I will invest now rather than later, plus it would finish off the look. 20 cool points....
