Does this happen everywhere or only in your driveway? I mean, is your driveway in an incline? Because if it is, than it is normal. If it happens all the time everywhere else, then you might want to have it taken in for a look.

mine has 50,ooo miles on it. i noticed that early in the morning when i first get into the H2, it wont shift hard at all. is it because its cold?. it starts to do it when warmed up. have an appt with a tranny shop next week. we shall see. keep ya posted

don't take this the wrong way, but have you checked your tranny fluid? did you get any maintenance records on it? if you've got 50k you should have had a fluid change by now. mine tends to shift a lot rougher than my wife's camry, and seems slower going into gear from park, or from reverse to drive.
