Spoke to the seller again today and got some answers to more of my questions ... and that spare tire question.
He is the original owner - it's never been wrecked or off-road - just had 30k mile maintenance - just had new brake pads - no smokers - he still has original set of wheels/tires that have maybe 5k miles on them, spare tire with spare tire race - has OEM tonneau cover and OEM chrome grille.
He's busy today until around 7:30. So, we may not be able to go look/drive it until tomorrow.

Then I am in serious good graces with the dirt gods...after a 500 mile RT last weekend and a windshieldencrusted with bug guts and mud up the sides...serious water restrictions here and not allowed to wash cars here cept on Sunday nights!

So, I went, looked and drove it tonight. It's nice - no question. The owner is a 23 year old builder ... yes, 23. His parents live in a million dollar house and this is the 11th vehicle he's had in the past 5 years! He owned an Orange H2 before getting the SUT.
Ok ... so, there are a couple scratches here and there but hubby says they can prolly be buffed out and the tires will have to be replaced be4 to long. I'd have to have the step rails put on it too - there is no way I could get in that thing in a skirt without hiking it up around my waist. There are two dings in the paint down to the silver, but they are very small ... overall, it's nice, real nice. But, man those dings get me! He gets 12 miles to the gallon driving in town.
If I were to make an offer - think I might go 37,500. Nothing to lose ....
Anywho ... all that and I'm still thinking
