What a day.... my head is still crackling... I had to go to the New Freedom Switching Station today to work on their Generator... pretty cool other than the 500kv power lines overhead for 6 hours.... that is 500,000 volts.... there is so much stray voltage that I turned on my meter and it read 3-5vac... just in the free air. I got shocked about 40 times... started to **** me off.. you get your face or ear within 2-3 inches of something not grounded and ZAP...

My favorite rule... You can't carry anything above your waist... so I'm lugging these 100+lb cables... at arms length... not on my shoulders likeI normally do...
