Lol I know it's old Doc, but this issue just came up for me within the last 3 months and while searching through 265 topics, this seemed to be right up my alley.

When I did the T-Bar adjustment, 4 years ago, I was very specific and accurate in the leveling. I took the advice of those in here at the time for the height, I just don't remember what that was.

As for the tires, I have always run 37 - 40psi and tried to increase it to see if that helped the sway issue. So unless the T-Bar adjustment 4 years ago just now finally wore something out, that's not it. Might be the tires though. I'll take it back to 37psi, but that's where I was 3 months ago when the problem started. :-/

Just to be clear, there is no road wander. There is no alignment issue, it drives straight. It doesn't bounce. The only thing it does... is rock from side to side. Badly.

Is it possible my sway bar links have worn out? The bushings on the front and rear sway bars appear to be tight and unworn, but that's only a visual.

Cooper 315-75-16
Max pressure listed at 50psi

But I'm looking at the Dura-Trac in the same size as my new tires this month.

Well I just ordered the Hellwig rear stab bar and bushings as well as 4 new sway bar ends. Lets see if that settles it.

Well I was greatly surprised how much the Hellwig Sway bar, new bushings and front bar ends made a difference. I still need new tires so I'll see what difference that makes too.

Yes, 50 is max pressure. Way too high. A good starting point is about 35. We keep ours at 32. If you would keep them at even 40 pounds they are going to wear out in no time.

Yeah increasing the pressure to 46 as a test didn't help the sway. Its back to 37 where I normally keep it.

That might be ok, Just keep an eye on them and if you notice the center of the tread wearing bump it down some. An easy way to see if the pressure is good is to draw a chalk line across your tire, drive then look and see if the chalk line is worn evenly or if the center is the only part worn then you have too much air.

I'm not surprised what the sway bar and bushings did, same experience I recently went from Firestone Destination AT 265/75's to Cooper Discoverer AT3 305/70's - also helped on bounce and road feel. The old tires had lots of squish and spring to them, the new tires have much less, but interestingly the new tires do not feel harsh, if anything they soak up the bumps better but without making the body roll around.

I agree guys. I believe the reduced tread has created a balloon effect. I only have a few months left on my current tires and I'm in the process of looking for the best deal on some 315/75/16 Duratracs.
