I have a 2007 hummer h3 and Very time I hit a stop light or a stop my hood vibrates like crazy and when my h3 is in idling I rev up it vibrates too I'm thinking I need new motor mounts can some one help

 

Have you already changed spark plugs and cleaned throttle body & MAF?
Also any messages in the DIC?

I changed the spark plugs but I will check out the rest see what happens thanks for the advice

 

If you already changed plugs, and used the correct plugs, then the next step should be to clean the MAF and TB. Theres some good write ups here on the forums. This will take you 30-45 minutes, and will be WAY easier than motor mounts. Start with the easy/cheap stuff, work your way into the expensive stuff. Cleaning MAF and TB cleared up my rough idle, and many other members here.

 

Today I when under the truck to get a better view of the Motor and noticed that the right motor mount is in very bad condition anybody got some pictures or tips on how to get the job donde and thank u all again for the advice

 

All the H3 service manuals are online and free to download, just search them out, follow the instructions.
