Don't ever repeat that business aspect to your other mods. They are going to start asking you why they should be responsible for making the site/company money and not get anything out of it and yet take it so seriously. I think any normal person would have a problem being so diligent in thier moderation knowing they are responsible for the company's income off the site ina way. They can use that against you if you play that card and start saying what you just told us.

That doesn't excuse what happened though, but just something to be aware of in case you say that and people start bitching they are making the company money and not getting anything for thier time.

 

oh they get stuff out of it, unlike here...sorry guys[8D] Streetglow is pretty good to them...They can get anything they want at cost...any new product that needs testing or an install review done...the mods get first dibs for the free product.

It's cool...Actually I'm organizing a Streetglow show off for all forum members..gonna be a show with proffesional photograhers, free food and drink..product give aways..all for FREE. They are really good to their people.

First, thanks Impy.

Second, it's not like being a MOD is really that hard. You come on here anyway, why? Because we all have something in common to talk about. And you want it to stay a nice, decent place to come and talk, right? THAT'S why we do it, or should be IMO. Free stuff would be cool but not required. Besides, we do get free stuff here. Try going to a mechanic and getting HALF of the info that you can get on here for free. Hell, just to LOOK at you truck and see if the computer tells them anything is going to be close to a $100 if not more depending on where you go. (unless you know somebody) And besides, in this day and age where I don't hardly like my neighbor this is a great place to come and hang out. I don't know ANY of you personally, but just what I do know I like all of you more than most around the house. Half of them aremy age and act like they are 80, or it's the other way around. So I guess I'm basically just trying to keep my neighbors out

Hell, if Muddy, Alphadogg, myself and many more took that approach to our jobs (military) We would all still be speaking with a British accent or worse, Spreken zie Deutsch?
