Mixing ratio for Putty

Default Mixing ratio for Putty
I have a hole im filling in on my hummer and have ordered Durabond putty.


I have the powder and the binder which of course is liquid


It says Mix 100 parts powder to 50-55 parts binder by weight. I don't really understand this and was hoping someone here might could help shade some light . thanks.

Wouldn't that be the same as mixing 1 lb powder and 1/2 lb of binder ?

I think your right
got every 1 unit of BINDER you add 2 units of POWDER
