It is a sick cycle.I am done. I don't really care one way or the other. We responded to some legitimate comments and some people don't like how we responded. We traded one set of not so happy people for another set of not so happy people. Since we did not gain in the net happiness area I say we don't mess with it any more. Let people get used to it and the bitchin will fade away.
