little mosnter contacted me in a pm before the dik banned me...here is what he said:


First of I will personally apologize to you for calling you a jackass. This was said in the HEAT of the moment. I am sorry.

My original beef was with you and the comment you made to a woman poster (forget the name) even though you were trying to correct it…As a person in your position A MOD) a comment like that should never have been posted to be corrected.

You go off the wall on people just because they do not agree with you or you do not agree with them. You make them feel stupid and as they don’t have a voice here. Dennis has received numerous IM complaints from myself and several others (mostly women) about this matter. Was this the “fuel” I don’t know.

Where the others came into this I have no clue and did not even know they were involved but as I said my original complaint to Dennis was about you and only you.

Know that I know most of Dennis’s side of this including one of hislast IMswhere as he was going for all the marbles or nothing ( I found out what that meant later) an now he has nothing..I would like to know the other side ..Please fill me in…

Please remember I am trying to make peace here so do not start yelling at me things like “who do I think I am” and such. I chose to talk to you one on one so I can put this behind me.

I replied telling him that I never go off on someone for just having a different opinion....mostly I go after posters that insult or attack other posters and of course the morons that try to make personal attacks at me. I told him that there are times that I go off on people like hummerguy or zyne and a few others but that is only joking around and they all know that......as does most anyone else who reads it. I then said that you just admitted to call me a jackass in the heat of the moment and for that you say youare sorry..... then say that the name I called a woman poster should never be posted by a mod...well sorry Rich but I am human same as you and I edited my post less than 5 minutes after I posted it...NOONE WOULD HAVE EVEN ON READ WHAT I WROTE IF DENNIS DIDN"T TYPE IT OUTSO THAT EVERYONE COULD SEE WHAT A DIK I AM.THAT WAS ALL PART OF HIS PLAN TO GET SUPPORT BEHIND BANNING ME FOR CALLING HIS BUDDY LANE A MORON. I then told him the ENTIRE Dennis story including how almost the same damn thing happened to him at the other site he moderated to the point that the members there that he banned came here to question Dennis because he never gave them the chance to do it at the other site......and I have talked to these people and their story is a carbon copy of what happened here.

I have lost contact with Dennis but from what I have put together was that Lane was a very close and personal friend of Dennis's and as you, hewas defending another forum member only I can only guess now on a personal level instead of an Admin level.

I will miss Dennis...for I have very high respect for this man I have never met.

so basically he admitted that Dennis was acting as a friend and not an admin....DUH...ya think?!?!


I didn't hear anything backfrom him so I sent him a pm asking if everything is cool between us? and as Dennis shared what he said was the entire story with him that I am SURE he knew all about the land rover forum problem that I explained in my last pm.
