I ended up going with Cooper 275/60/20s. I bought the torsion bar key levelers but didn't end up installing them yet. Anyways, this is the end result

Then return them, there are a bunch of very clear threads on how the OEM keys will provide all the lift the truck can take (ie. 23.5" fender lip to hub center). After market keys are a bogus item, not needed, they just deflate the cabbage count in your wallet, completely useless.
