Marker lights wont turn off

Marker lights wont turn off

I can't see lights off when I parked. I've tried messing with lights and and I just can't seem to do it. I think my light controller might have gone bad. Is it even possible to turn them off?

You can turn off all lights by the switch, they are also controlled by the light sensor.
