Default wiring question

Hummer Dude,

Nice set up there! The only thing that I can detect from the pics are the wiring set ups to ea ch light. If what I see is correct, it appears that the wiring to the lamps are exposed to the outside past the chrome loom. I would think that over time, that plastic insulation will get old, dry rot, and crack thus exposing the copper wiring. I am thinking that you will route the wires into the light bar itself and then run the wiring down the A-Pillar like the factory ones do.

And I assume that you have your switch wired to a relay for the load from the lights.

I have not actually wired these up yet, once i do they will be mounted on the bar with heat shrink and wire loom and loop clamps,

i am still in the development phase with this bar, if it goes well i will make a second one for the rear with lights as well.

I plan to strengthen the mounts so i can slowly add side bars and make a whole rack.

i plan to make the rack removable, as well as the lights
