wow that's pretty gross and i bet it's a PITA to clean it off.

best stuff to use is the the stuff made to remove them. www.lovebugwipes.com, stuff works great

 

I will have to dig around in my picture files as I have some similar pics. My daily driver is also my business vehicle and I drive about 3000 miles a month on business. About this time last year I had to stop at self serve car washes 3 times in one day and use the pressure sprayerto get the love bugs off my windshield as I could not see where I was going. I was driving a FJ Cruiser at the time (no flames, obviously traded up to the H3) and it had the vertical windshield as well which makes it even tougher.

 

In MI we get May Flies "Fish Flys"....they pile up under street lights at night and when you drive thru them they squish/pop and are slippery, but good god they do not desecrate your front end. Yeeeuck!


Note to self: avoid Texas and Florida (south) in love bug season.
