Guys, I'm getting rid of my swing-away spare tire mount which really exposes that the tailgate has no lock. Has anyone found a lock that works? I've seen the Pop & Lock PL1100 and it is better than nothing, but I was hoping to tie something into the other door locks. I found some automatic locks, but none of them say they work with the H2 SUT - is there a GM model that has the exact same tailgate handle?

 

Pop & Lock tech support said the PL1300 is correct for the H2.

 

I couldn't get Pop&Lock to respond to any of my inquiries. I eventually took a chance on the PL1100 and it worked out just fine. 5 minute installation.
