looking into wind noise from lights....

Far right torx loose and but spinning, got it out, found this rubber strip under roof rack trim...part of anti rattle kit? .

I have the same problem. No solution found yet. Keeping the torx screws tight helps a lot. I'm probably going to disassemble the entire thing soon and make it "noise free" on my own somehow.
