Hey all,

I am looking for someone in Utah who is capable and willing to install a new heater core on our '96 H1 (Obviously not for free). We bought the upgraded core/kit (New) and just need it installed, so we can sell it. This brings me to my next topic; anyone interested in a '96 H1 with low miles on the vehicle and even less on a new motor (less than 5k mi.)??

Don't know any H1 mechanics in Utah but there used to be a Hummer dealer or two in the SLC area. What model H1 do you have? HMC4, wagon, HMCO, etc. Do you have any pictures? Price?

 

There is a dealer in slc... They want an outrageous amount of money to swap out the heater core setup....


I believe it would be considered a wagon... I dont really know how to tell


I will get it listed up for sale once i get the heater problem fixed

 

They dont have to be a mechanic....

Im just looking for someone who can put the heater core upgrade kit in the H1 for us.... We already have the old heater core assembly out of the vehicle.

We will pay you. (offer us a price and lets make it happen)

Where in Utah are you located? I have a great mechanic I use in Lehi.

Does he work on hummers regularly ?

 

I believe he has only worked on mine. I got him a repair dvd, and he has also been in contact with Dave at http://www.bluehummer.com/ Dave is a wealth on knowledge, and can probably talk to your local mechanic and walk him through just about anything.
