On my paperwork from the dealer it said that I have a history code P0300, what is this code?

P0300 Random Misfire Detected.

cnynctry is correct and on the 2 trucks we replaced the head on this was the first symptom. You may or may not feel a misfire on this code. Did they make a repair for this code??. Steve

 

They told me about the misfire but I didn't know if that was this code number or if it was something different. As far as the misfire, they said that everything was fine now and found all cylinders equal, I guess they did a compression test. They said the misfire was 280 miles ago so they don't think it's a problem.
