hey im trying to help a friend he has a 1993 h1 military addition hummer now its been sitting for a while it turned right over but the head lights and brake lights are out but the cluster was lite up i was thinking a fuse was out but dont have a clue of were the fuse box was out

 

Don't have any military Humvees. Someone will help out
