Default Light Cashmere Leather - Problems?

Hey guys,

I'm going to bye a H3 and I wanna take the light cashmere leather version.
I like it much more than the ebony one.

Does anyone has made bad experiences with it, or is there no problem if you take a little care with it. Because, sure its lighter than the ebeny one, but I think if you be careful and dont go in the muddy offroad areas it could be handled Am I right?

I will take the H3 to 99% onroad and so I'm sure that I can handle it.
What do you think???

What about Jeans colors? I had once a car with beige leather and after a while you could see some blue areas. Have you made same experiences with your H3?

I hope you can give me some help. I like the light cashmere very much, but thats not the point here

Thx

Carsten

I have the Slate Blue Metalic with Cashmere leather- Only 3500 miles on the truck but no complaints with the interior as of yet. My last truck had a black interior and it felt likeI was always climbing into a cave. I love the Blue/Cashmere combo....best of luck.

I can't speak for long term usage, care or maintenance....but........

I've had two loaners with the light colored leather and both showed VERY noticeable stains from jeans.
When I asked the service guys about it, they said it was very common and you had to be careful with that color.
"Cleaners will work up to a point, but if it gets to bad.....you won't get it out"......

Surely there must be some sort of protectorant to prevent that.

I've got a little bit of that showing up on my ebony/morocco inserts but have been able to get most of it off with a leather cleaner.

I agree with Gunner. I've got 3500 mi on mineand have thelight cashmere interior. I've noticed discoloration on the 'doorside' edgeof the passenger seat. I guess my wife's legs are too short as she daintilydisembarks- sliding out of her seat!

Like Gunner_45 said blue jeans can stain the light interiors. I have seen it and it will clean off but eventually it may stain to a point of not completely coming out. Steve

Worked great and what she didnt know couldnt hurt me.
Have to pick up some Maguire’s next trip to the parts store.

I have the cashmere leather and have noticed some dark marks along where the black piping is. But with regular cleaning and moisturing I haven't had any stains.
