I acquired some PIAA lights awhile ago and was planning on mounting them to the brush bar. I ordered a set of mounting clamps from a local truck supply place. I received them and they are WAY TOO BIG....they are supposed to fit a bar diameter of 1.25" to 1.5"?!?!?! NO way....lucky if they fit a 2" bar! I returned them to the supplier and he ordered another set...supposedly. They too are wrong!! My bar measures 1.4". I have looked online, and they look the same as the ones I ordered previously. Has anyone done this and got the correct size, if so where did you get them?? Thanks in advance....

Mine were too large too... and only slightly too. What my dad and I ended up doing was wrapping a few turns of shower pan vinyl around the bar (nearly the same color too as the bar) and then put the clamp around that. It ends up doing 2 things... fills the gaps and protects the bar from getting gouged by the tabs. I can put my full ... ummm ... 140.. weight on them and they won't give.
