Just to contradict my own arguement, you can get a Tuff Country lift with rear-replacements and shocks for $1700.

 

i would check the size of the uprights on any lift kit that you get having already purchased the wheels!!!!!!!!!!!
what a bagin on the tryes though mine just set me back $1980 (tyres only)for five

I like the reputation of Rancho but again keep in mind you need to do cutting with the Rancho lift.
