Keys and spacers. Nothing wrong with that. You will need to adjust your rear track bar though at 3".

What do you need along with this kit?
It says longer shocks, but Is there anything else?
Or if you have any suggestions for the best parts.

Not worth it! The billet spacers are gonna make the ride a little bumpier and I would be very skeptical over the quality of them at that cheap a price. It's says you don't need shocks but than says you do. Pretty sure you can fit 37s stock anyways. So all it is, is a fancy leveling kit which you don't need to buy and just level it yourself.

Why would the rear spacers make the ride bumpier? You still keep the stock springs...it all depends on the shocks you get. There are a lot of folks here who have done a torsion key lift...for the rear, lots do 1", then you don't really have to change anything...if you go for 3", then longer shocks are needed as well as the trackbar needs to be lengthened a bit or a relocation bracket would also do the trick to center the rear axle again, as it will shift a bit towards the passanger side. Hope this helps.

Doesn't that spacer go on the rear body mount? I would think it would make the ride harsher? Maybe I'm mistaken.

It is not a Body lift....that would involve a lot more spacers between the frame and the body...and even that would not change the ride. The only part of this lift which will change the ride a bit is the front torsion keys. As you crank them up, the will stiffen up the front suspension a bit, but to be honest, there is not a big difference in ride quality, as long as you keep it at around 2"-2.5" front lift (you cant go much higher with keys anyways, since of the front metal bumpstops, which limits front drop).. With the bigger 37" tires, that is still over 3" over stock height in total. Not bad for a bit over $100 + tires...
