I have replaced the actuator twice now and now for the third the lift gate is locked and will not open. I hear nothing when I use the FOB to unlock the doors. Can I use a multi volt meter to check the pigtail going into the actuator to make sure I have power to the lift gate. Never really used a volt meter before, should I have power to the actuator all the time. Any help would to awesome. And at what setting should the meter be on to test?
