I bent one of my brackets going off road and I'm going to attempt to remove to straighten them.

They put them on at the dealer and they you a inpack wrench so they will be tight it be easier if you had that air tool or use a small pipe over you handel to you socket or the last thing to do go to a welding shop let them cut them off.

You also could try soaking the nuts/bolts in penetrating oil (Brake fluid works good too) for a few hours

Keep in mind that brake fluid will remove paint if you go that route.

i don't really think that liquid wrench will help since the truck is only 3 weeks old. One of the main problems is in the back where they are bolted to the frame, its extremely hard to get any sort of leverage in there.

I put the rock rails on mine in my garage. I know what you mean about no leverage. I just used a combination wrench and a socket, and depending on the bolt, only got one click on the ratchet, or one corner with the box end of the wrench.
