ABS, Brake, Traction, flash on dashboard, wipers, heater fan motor, directional system , 4Wd lights, don't work during this flashing thing. When restart everything goes back to normal for awhile then all the flashing comes back on and nothing works again. This just started 1/21/2019 Haven't had any problems up to this point.

 

Do you have a sunroof? If so, has your passenger floor ever been wet?

No sunroof. floor hasn't been wet, 2009 H3, no work has been done

 

That is all good, less likely you have a BCM or harness for the BCM short..... still possible.

Easy stuff first.

Next question, do you still have the crappy azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors? If you do, get rid of them, they are junk and a known failure point to create electrical Gremlins. Replace with a quality aftermarket set, like Stingers or your favorite brand.
