Sorry, guess my thread was misleading. This isn't mine, I just found the picture online and thought I'd share it with you guys. As far as install, I've changed the shifters on all my other trucks and they are very simple to do, shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. If they are for standard only...that SUCKS!!
