Hey guys, I am a new member. I am planning on buying an H1 sometime in the next few weeks. I found one down in Florida that interested me.

Since I am a first time buyer, could you please advice me on what I should be looking for before the purchase as well as maintenance concerns.

Price is high unless it has very low miles. Check out Tustin Hummer, Buick, GMC in Tustin, CA. They bought the last 14 new, untitled H1s from AM General and just put them on sale. They are pricey but most have very low miles. They have from 1994-2006 models.

 

If you pay for that you will most likely be paying for a super lower mileage (they did not disclose how many miles on their ebay page or their dealer page) and the aftermarket parts.

Otherwise, a little overpriced! It's missing a grille and the winch option. Tires look to be worn out by their dealer pictures, thats more or less 2k out of your wallet. Tires also look like they are protruding from the body, not sure how much you like that and how factory you want your h1 to look.

The hummer badge is on the opposite door in the rear. Small little things irk me haha.
This would be an awesome H1 for maybe 75k tops.
