Default Installed OEM NAV. Gotta a problem.

I bought Okie's OEM NAV from him and have it installed. I did this install once before on my 2004 Caddy CTS. As I expected the auto Theft engaged because it suspects I stole it.

I can drive my Hummer to the nearest GM dealer to unlock it but I have a question. I seem to remember in the CTS after a few miles it put the engine what is called a limp mode and you can only drive about 10 mph. Am I remembering that correctly? Anyone else experience this?

That's what they used. It's called a tech II tool. Did you have your rear camera wired to your NAV? Any idea how you did it?
