I heard thru the grapevine that my GM rep is not considering the AZ LEmon law or buyback option even though my truck has been in the shop for the same issue 7 times (AZ Lemon statute says "four or more times"). It'll be interesting how it goes but I'm going in armed and dangerous... I've already seeked addtl counsel who specializes in these matters. Thanks for all the suggestions. Any last minute plugs?

With TPMs being the main issue (they were, right?) I can't imagine seeing a buy back. Transmission failure, engine issues, etc - that's when you see buybacks.

Let us know how it goes -- but my experience has been they're much more likely to give you more if you play the 'poor me, I'm so disappointed...I'm embarassed that my car is always broken" than "you SOBs, you better fix this!". Anyhow - it sucks that you've had so many problems -- hopefully they'll figure out a way to make you happy. Good luck.

oh we definitely are disappointed especially when we've driven almost 600 unnecessary miles to/fro the dealership. Dealership recently lost or fired their sales GM, service GM and of course our service advisor. We still love the truck and want to stay in a H3. Thanks for the support.

In MI they would laugh at you for that chicken chit. [sm=icon_rofl.gif] They would just fix your sensor issue (if there was one), brake light, replace the Nav, and ditto the shaft again. Good luck!

BTW there is a TSB on fixing all GM customers complaints/problems right the first time...........maybe remind them of that?
