hello.im about to purchase a h3 hummer in sydney aus but i have a few questions before i hand over the money.the coolant bottle is empty.maybe a few green drops at the bottom.? in the center of the dash where the cd player is there is a light on with a little guy and a ballon that it is on? with his seat belt crossed? i presume its the air bag? the gear box feels a bit laggy maybe kinda slipping but not really.is this normal as i have driven 2 like this?thanks any help appreciated
