I need your off road light opinions
mfish sorry for the late reply but,,,
I think the look itself looks great but now that you mention the blue lens, I can see where you are coming from. Sorry no pun intended.
Don't get me wrong they still look great but given the option I would prefer all the same colour.

Thanks, I agree with you 100%

I've got 4x PIAA 3000's on my Gobi rack. Same concept..3 lights in one. I can see where you are coming from..mine bother me too a bit.
A) the marker light is WAYtoo bright!
B) the white is WAY TOO white!
But here is what i've found about the too white problem. The super duper white bulb matches the high beams perfectly. Turn on your highs and see if they match.
What model PIAAs are they? While it might look odd..they are off-road only anyway...so nobody should actually see them on. But on mine, the yellow flood compliments my low beams nicely and my super white spots compliment the high beams nicely.

I have the piaa 525 series lights, a little different from yours but similiar. I dont mind the high and low beams, the low has a yellow fog light look which is good with low beam headlights, doesn't match but it looks good, and the high is a white/blue light which for the most part match's the headlights.
The LED marker light is on when the other lights are off and mine is to blue, I wish it was more white so it would match my headlights. Got any pics of yours?
I feel your pain...[&o]

Have you considered Silverstar light bulbs for your headlights (H7) and driving lamps (9145)? They run about $20 each at Auto Zone and will make the headlamps and driving lights whiter, maybe a bit blue, so they'll look closer to your offroad lights. You could always just try the headlamps first and see if that works; it'd be a lot cheaper than new offroad lights.
I had the silverstars in my avalanche, if my memory is correct they were definetly whiter than blue, less yellow than standard headlights, those imitation HID halogen bulbs have more of a blue look but they are cheesy in my opinion. I may just disconnect the led for now but I do like the idea of them lite up. These hella lights are now what I want, notice the light ring around the light.
