It shouldn't effect property value too much. Crime is going more into areas that it normally wouldn't. Did the suspect know the victum? If it was just random than that's scary, because you just don't know if there are going to attack again.

 

well with recent (what's the opposite of upgrade) to the town I can see this hapening more and more now....I can't wait to get out.

 

We had a drugged out 20 year old hold up in his house in the same development as me. The SWAT Team came out. They tear gassed his house, no luck. So they ripped the front door off and at the same time went crashing in thru the back windows. They final found the guy under the basement stairs and dragged him out. Made the local news stations, papers, etc. It wasn't murder but did cause a big scene for this town. Property values continue to rise and people are lining up to get into my development.

 

I asked what kind of gun cuz Ihave the same thing BassGear posted up there. Although my minivault 11 years old or so, and you have to replace the batteries that control the key/finger pad program about every 12-14 months, it works great every time. Holds one loaded Sig, and a magazine. I think there is a couple sizes too. The key for the mini is in my vault upstairs.


With the mini vault, you have the situation 100% under control IK. There are a couple similar other brands out there.

My actual safe is the same type only abigger than the previous pix (I guess deluxe). Since I only own one handgun this all I use. For me the bigger one stores extra bullets, mags, cash, and some personal BLING Can't ride a bling vehicle without wearing bling.

Yep, that's a little too young. I'll tell you what, maybe you need a nice scattergun. Quick loading, hard for a child to load and shoot and usually discourages most badguys. If not then they need to be shot for sheer stupidy.
