here is what we do. Ban his main IP...this should eliminate him. In case it doesn't put a stick up explaining that a member was banned for constant flaming yada yada yada, then say that he may come back under a different name and attemt to flame others or post offensive garbage. Please be aware of this and report any offensive posts to the moderators. Also we appologize in advance if we cannot delete offensive posts immediately but please know that we will delete them when they become known to us. this will get the ENTIRE site policing for him and any new identity from him will be sniffed out fast and members will not take offense if garbage is posted because they know we are attemting to make it right and to make it a better place for all.
