Ya see the problem with that point of few is if you gotta a few bad apples minding the door fery few patrons return as is the case at that bar so why chase away folks who want to come. Please be aware that the views of a few do not represent the majority.

here is what we do. Ban his main IP...this should eliminate him. In case it doesn't put a stick up explaining that a member was banned for constant flaming yada yada yada, then say that he may come back under a different name and attemt to flame others or post offensive garbage. Please be aware of this and report any offensive posts to the moderators. Also we appologize in advance if we cannot delete offensive posts immediately but please know that we will delete them when they become known to us. Thank you for understanding and hopefully this will all be over soon.

this will get the ENTIRE site policing for him and any new identity from him will be sniffed out fast and members will not take offense if garbage is posted because they know we are attemting to make it right and to make it a better place for all.

but by doing that if he gets sick of it he'll make a new name and start posting offensive crap or start flaming people. I think a sticky post of some sort has to be written so good members know that we are trying to clean up the board and to report any offensive threads so we can delete them.
