I was hoping mine would be worth $30k .

H2 Miami I think you need to two Fusion Orange H2's in your driveway.

In June I sold my '06 special edition H2 (Pacifica Blue) w/ 98k miles on it for $24,750. It had come from the northeast and midwest so there was quite a bit of rust on it (I paid $31k for it in 2009 w/ only 25k miles on it - better investment than my 911 or Audi W12 - both of which had lower mileage and still sold for less than the H2).

The same week I bought an '08 H2 w/ 85k miles on the clock for $32k - this truck is pristine and does not have any rust whatsoever. In my personal experience the H2 has been a great investment even though I didn't buy as an investment.

I'd like to know more about the '09 w/ 15k miles for $31k - sounds like he stole $70k from the seller! (or the seller had know idea what he was selling)

The market was really different back in 2012. H2s had only been out of production for 3 years. They were still considered the sole reason for global warming and not the cool suv anymore.

The main reason was most likely fuel prices. Take a look at this chart:
https://www.hummerforums.com/forum/a...6&d=1509463458

Prices didn't really fall off till late 2014/early 2015. Then spiked and dropped a lot in early 2016. Prices are still relatively low & there's no reason to expect a spike. That's probably one of the driving forces behind the pick up in prices.

Looking back, I should have traded in my 2003 and searched for a 2008/2009 at much lower prices.

I just don't see those values in FL. . I looked on several sites and agree with what some of you are saying. It seems like the NW thinks rigs are made of gold.

His truck was a tow behind an RV truck that the owner just no longer needed. Mine was the same thing, sat in a garage for most of its life as the man came down from TN for the winters.

I have to add that my dealer buddy buys from the auctions and makes his $500 a car as his profit, providing you are able to pay him immediately. I also purchased a 2016 BMW 328I for my wife with about 27,000 miles and have a whopping $16,000 in it. My dad was a long time dealer so I grew up never paying retail for cars. I no longer have access to it but if any of you can go onto Manheim Central Florida you will see what values are down here.

I'd love to add an Orange H2 to my stable if anyone wants to sell theirs.

BPP

This thought has crossed my mind a couple of times. My h2 is a total garage queen. During the week i drive my company vehicle- weekends are spent on my goldwing or in the wifes jeep.

I have noticed the values seem to be dropping over the past year or so. But for the right price i would be tempted to sell. Believe me- i LOVE my h2 and it is my favorite vehicle i have ever owned but the rattles, maintenance, gremlins, and parts costs are aggravating.

My h2 is an yellow 03 with 122k miles. No way i get close to what i paid for it but it is paid off and if i ever sold it i dont know what i would get to fill the empty spot in the garage.

I have a 2009 with 20k miles on it. It's based here in Moscow, and is in mint condition. Never thought it would be worth as much as some are indicating here. It's currently sat in Moscow Russia. If anyone is in europe or middle east and is interested at similar levels, i'm game (H1 alpha here we come )!
