Default Hummer values?

Have you guys been keeping up with prices of used H2's . I got my Hummer out today and realized it's been almost a year since I drove it. The thought crossed my mind to sell it. I have a 2006 Fusion Orange Limited Edition with 67,000 miles. I am the second owner. It's in perfect shape. I love the truck and don't need to sell it. I was just wondering where you guys think the value of these is going.

From what I've been observing over the past 8 months or so I've had mine is that prices are dropping somewhat rapidly. Of course they will always be going down like they will with most any vehicle that is not a highly sought after collectible model but what I saw a year ago that would have been 15k is now 12k.

Depends on the year, mileage, and truck (package, SUT vs SUV, etc.), but I have seen about a 15% decrease over the past year. Relative to other used vehicles, I would consider the H2 to be a stable investment.

I had a close friend just buy an 09 with 15,000 miles, spotless for $31,000. He put out a dealer search that took about 45 days. Its a nice one owner truck.

No way this was an H2 for 31k. The 09's with 15k miles would fetch about 100k.

Phil, I always look at prices on hummers from private and dealer. your truck would fetch around $24k

I have over 145K miles since I got it (became the second owner at 106k miles). The highest mileage 2009 H2 in silver is $35k at 132k miles. I'd say the 30k asking price of it back in 2015 is lower than I see now ($33K or more), but that's for a limited edition color in a year where 600 were sold.

Agreed.
They are only becoming rarer & rarer. An 09 with double that mileage is listed around $70K on autotrader. You're looking at $85k to $90k in that mileage range.

Tharber, you or he could have doubled your money if not more.

I don't know where you guys live but those are crazy numbers.

I paid $18K for my 2005 with 40K miles back in 2012.

Maybe I have a good dealer friend......

Very good friend..... Yeah an 09 with that low of miles for 31K is an absolute steal. Of course eBay is not a top indicator of values....

https://www.ebay.com/sch/Cars-Trucks...mmer+H2&_sop=3

There is a current list of low mileage newer ones... if you are logged in on eBay then click the check box for sold listings to get a better feel for things on there.

Or go to some of the used car sites like cars.com and search by make model....
