Hummer H3 in search of ladder..

I saw on Google a guy who has a ladder that mounts to where the spare tire used to on the trunk door. I can't find it for sale anywhere. Anyone have any ideas on where to find this?

No spare tire?
If not, then most likely the ladder was custom made or at least a modified Gobi ladder.
