Hey fellas. Been lurking for a while. Plenty of great info I have gathered here just by searching. I have a 2009 Hummer H3 Adventure. Got it used about 2 years ago with 48K miles. She just turned 71K miles. It was an ex-rental but I have nothing but good luck with it. Only issues have been a leaking rear axle seal on the passenger side and non-functioning lumbar switch for the driver's seat, all covered under warranty. Just got a set of Toyo Open Country M/T's 315/75-16. Have yet it wheel it with the new shoes, but the mileage sure took a dump. Went from averaging 18 mpg combined to 14 mpg, with my normal 85% highway driving. Future mods will consist of rock rails, undercarriage protection, brushguard, winch and roof rack. This isn't my DD, more like my fun rig, much to the chagrin of my wife when I bought it in the middle of spiking gas prices.

Very nice, your mod list will surely drop those mpgs too... But they will allow you to make it home which is more important. Slow and steady wins the race
