I am searching a new hummer h3 to buy and I have found this one:
Hummer H3 3.7 i | AAA AUTO auto bazar

They have listed it with 21,000 Km. (16,000 mil) and the Asking Price is 16,500 eur/18,600 USD

I have visited the car dealer but personally donīt trust them too much.
Which are the things I should watch for? There is some "part" that I could watch that could tell the miles run more than the odometer?

With only 16,000 mil. it should have the original tired unused for more than the half.

Wow that thing is a beauty, definitely can tell it is low mileage. Looks like you found a gem.

You could look up the VIN# for a history report. Check the DMV

 

When you test drive it see that the temp gets up to at least half on the gauge and look closely at the radiator.

Get underneath and look for leaks.

As mentioned, check radiator for cracks. Take it for a cruise and scan for codes, check radiator, look at bump stops, examine front of motor for weeping oil. Listen for creaking, vibrations, rattles. Switch to 4 lock high/low and differential (if applicable).

 

Yeah, that's pretty clean. I'd personally have a comprehensive once over done by a local garage i.e. mechanic or at the very least take it for a very long afternoon drive and look, listen to as much as I could.
