Mil-Spec Hardigg/Pelican Cases
You got the rig, the rack and now you need the storage.
Hardigg Mil-spec cases: Size 32x20x12 with rolling casters, 10 latches, 6 HD handles, water/air tight seal and pressure equalization valve.
Very sturdy and have great carrying capacity. The lids come off, they are not hinged. Great for roof rack or trailer. They are designed to stack.
Weight is 26.5lbs per case and I've found USPS parcel post is the most economic ($20-30 anywhere in the Continental US).
$175 + shipping,
These retail over $500 each. They are military surplus but are current military issue storage for medical, electronic and weapons systems.
They have the usual scatches and scuffs but all are solid with good seal and every latch and handle works like new. Plus...who doesn't love OD green!

Cheers!

I picked up the case today.
It is gorgeous (ya know, for an olive drab crate) and is in great shape! I'll get some pictures of it this weekend with my truck.
To anyone on the fence about getting one of these crates, go for it!
Out of curiosity, docroh, approximately how many more of these do you have left?
