Hey Mike,I've been to the Badlands SD several times, great area to vacation but, Do the natives let you off-road on "THEIR" land? I don't beleive you can in the national park. I have to assume you've looked into it.Since you cancelled your Vegas trip, you can go lose your money in Deadwood. Sounds like fun!

That's a very interesting point! I never even thought about that.

I wouldn't want to move a rock or twig out of place on all that dirt and sand!!! I know there are off-roading trails there. I'll have to do the research. If Nick is up for it, then I'm definitely up for it!

I dunno Mike .. I just heard something about Deadwood and that's where I sort of ended up with selective hearing lol .... now .. the burning question here is .. how big of a pokerscene and just what kind of fishies can one expecthehehe *rubs hands* lol! Figured that would more than cover vacation expenditures *grins*

Man, if you play poker with any kind of face like you do off-roading (meaning the man didn't even have a lip quivver going over those hills), you would clean that town out lol. No wonder you do so well, you definitely have a poker-face. Are those the same shades you wear when you go to the casino?

You guys remember in Terminator 2 when young John Conner tries to get Arnold to smile (I think it was only in the Director's cut), that's kinda like Nick trying tosmile lol

It's like "cmon, you can do it, you can do it. YAY GIVE THE MAN A TREAT!"

(he knows I'm only giving him sh@#)

Nick, if you never been to Deadwood , its kinda cool. Not all the glitz of Vegas and the casinos are small. Still can be fun. This scenery in the Black Hills is second to none. You can go play Poker at Saloon #10 where Wild Bill Hickock met his fate. Just don't draw aces and eights!

I HAD a pair of Oakley's I wore a lot but they literally fell apart on me when I paid for my badlands trip this past Friday lol! They fell apart on one of the small welds so I may just try to solder those things back together .. I'm not ready to retire those badboys just yet lol! The ones from Sunday are a set of Revo H2O's, looks blue on the outside, but are really orange .. go figure ... I have a sunglass fetish incase no one knew that yet ... lol!

You're right, I didn't quiver .. I was however on the verge of crappin' my pants most of the time LOL! I know I yelped(like a lil girl)for HummerMike to spot me at least once or twicelol ... but as far as having a good poker face, nahh I would'nt agree there .. it's good enough for the level I play but I'd never make it against a pro or even a semi-pro. In a couple of years time MAYBE, assuming I do nothing else.. but it's not what I want ... I kind of enjoy having it as a part time thing that pays really well .. it allows me certain liberties and enables me to participate in activities I've come to enjoy. Hanging out with ya'll Sunday would be a good example of other people's money well spent lol!
