I changed my plugs and cleaned my throttle body intake (TBI) and when I plugged everything back in and connected the negative on my battery. the check engine light came on and I started getting error codes on my reader. I cleared them and they just keep coming back. Everything I could find online said that they were related to the computer compensating for a dirty intake and then when it is cleaned it doesn't recognize the new position. Error code P1516.

How do I or can I clear these codes? My H3 is running smooth with the new plugs but it feels like it has lost power due to the TBI issue.
