How to fit lights on the bar above ( H3 )

Default How to fit lights on the bar above ( H3 )
Hi can someone please advise me on the following

AM getting 4 HELLA rectangular fog lights mounted on the frontbar above the Hummer H3.

Any one has got them fixed as I am worried about water seeping into the vehicle .... Electrician will take all precautions with silicates / water proofing the hole made.

Has anyone got any suggestions how to get this through ??
