How does light cashmere cloth insert on seat hold up over time?
Considering a birch white with ebony and cashmere insert cloth seats. Just curious if anyone who owns the two tone cloth seats like this can tell me how they stand the test of time. I am concerned that they may show dirt. Thanks in advance to anyone who can chime in on this.
i have an 06 birch white w/ebony and light cashmere and while i really like the looks the light cashmere does show dirt. i snowboard about 5-6months a year so i track alot of snow in and out of my truck, well the first time i took my h3 to the mtn i must of had a couple clumps of snow in the back pockets of my snowboard pants so of course my seats got wet and now there are big water stains on the light fabric. im guessing there must of been dirt and dust in the seats already and the water made it rise to the top.
So anyway, im gonna shampoo the seats and apply some kind of protectant like scotch guard and see how that works. ill let you know. but yeah, i do miss the leather i had in my grand cherokee.

I have the same interior with 38K miles on it and it's still in decent shape. It does show some dirt which I think I could get out with a fabric cleaner. But I love the look of the two tone, and I get compliments on it all the time. If you take care of it, it should look good a long time.
