How big of a travel trailer can I pull?
Due to some unfortunate events in my life, I will be moving out of my cuurent home. Rather than live in an apt, I would prefer to buy a travel trailer that probably won't be pulled that often. I live N of Houston (ie: flat!) and plan to stay in that area. What length of tt could I pull (infrequently) with the H3 that has as the trailer towing package. I know it's rated for 4500 lb's, does anyone have any tt suggestions where I wouldn't be too cramped? I do pretty good in small spaces as I have to live in the H3 when I'm out on oilfield jobs...
Thanks and wish me luck!

soory to hear about your problems...that sucks bro. As long as your towing on flat ground and not towing long distances Going over the recommended weight limit is fine. You may want to install a trans temp gauge and a good set of trailer brakes to be safe but you should do ok.
I bought a 32 foot FEMA trailer this spring and have pulled it down to Shreveport and I know it is back there but no real issues , cant go over 75 MPH on teh interstate though ..... I did install electric brake controller on it though to manage any stops , makes the whole pulling experience a lot better. Dropped my mileage down to about 11 from 17.5 too.
