USB should work for Android devices too.

Interesting, Darren... I have never seen that. The ad is a bit confusing though because it says it is for non-touch screen Nav units even though the picture is the same as what I have. I'll check into it.

I did find a double din head unit that has an Android tablet attached to the front of it so that you use the Android device in the car, but it only has version 2.1 on it and no way to upgrade apparently. I found an iPhone device that looked pretty cool that actually wirelessly syncs with your phone and only $299. Surely an Android device can't be too far behind.

Actually, they do have Android 2.3 versions now, but they are not upgradeable when ICS becomes available... Lots of functionality for $330.

You Hummer guys are asking for the same toys we Corvette owners want as well!

Mediatronics is currently working on a USB interface that can be used for the GM PAL. But I really don't have any sort of ETA yet. The Bluetooth module for the PAL shouldn't be much longer, but I don't know about the USB yet.

All of us car lovers are the same. Probably a lot of us here who are or were Corvette owners too... I have had a few. We all want the same thing out of our cars - EVERYTHING! haha

I have an '86 coupe, original owner, 37k miles. It still has the factory windshield washer fluid in it!
