Cans someone give me a step by step on how to adjust the torsion bars on my H3. I see what I think are the torsion bar bolts under the drive and passenger front doors, but I'm not sure. If someone could post some pictures that would be very helpful. Also, do I need to jack the front of the car up to reduce the downward force on the front end? I appreciate it!

I did a search but came up with dozens of threads on torsion bars but couldn't find one that specifically outlined how to adjust with pictures. I appreciate your help.
